This week on Stories from my Drinking Days we have Yarka Krajickova who came to the UK from the Czech Republic to work as an au-pair in 2002. She discusses how after her mindful journey with alcohol she has now decided to quit. Now a qualified accountant she lives a fulfilling life in Bristol with her husband to be and their two boys aged four and six.
