What a WAY to start your week, than with the wonderful @iamkatarasky , that shared so much of her teachings and wisdom with us! 🤩🙏🏻  Very privileged to learn about wound healing today, about how you need to change your self in order to more than cure yourself.  We talked about many great ideas, and the one that most impacted me is:  📌 Look fear straight in the eyes and ask yourself: WHAT would really happen?  Allow yourself to bring your fears, limiting beliefs and any issue that has been holding you back, in front of your eyes, into your awareness.
