In this episode of the Stop To Think podcast we talk about working some exempt overtime. A few episodes ago we talked about incentive structures and how they work with salaried labor. During this episode, we talk about how even though a salaried employee doesn't have an incentive to work overtime there are situations in which they still might want to. For example, if they approach their job as a hobby or if they feel like they can reduce their overall stress by getting some extra work done.
