For those who know, it is the story about the man cutting himself in the tomb.“Tactic number 5 I actually have circled in my notebook because it’s that important and stood out to me… ”Hair Pulling at times is a thoughtless act. Through creating this episode, I have become much more aware of my body and my actions. God told me to tell you to keep awareness close to your heart because this is the season of the power of observation. It’s through observation that I began to notice the same behavioral patterns my body would do before the hair pulling begins. I need us to be aware of these tactics because it will help us to be on defense and raise up prayer and worship and stop the pull before it even begins.
