Listen "4. It's Not You, It's Me."
Episode Synopsis
We have it so mixed up with feelings. So many of us are taught, "They make me…" and we blame others for how we feel.
We don’t ever really learn how to identify feelings. We think people are wrong to feel certain ways in certain situations. We don’t know what to do with the feelings we do have. We categorize half of our emotions as "bad" even though they are part of the normal human experience.
In this episode, I’m pulling the curtain back on feelings… including where they come from, what do do with them, and how owning your feelings will improve your relationships, and perhaps release some people pleasing tendencies too.
