After much anticipation and even more speculation as to what sorts of mayhem it would provoke, Joker finally opened in theaters over the weekend. Much to the surprise of some, innocent moviegoers weren’t gunned down as they tried to enjoy a night at the movies. Another surprise is the fact that the film managed to break all sorts of box office records.
