Listen "Embracing Telehealth: A Physical Therapist Adapts to the COVID-19 Pandemic"
Episode Synopsis
Lily chats with Bryanna Strang, a physical therapist at an outpatient clinic in San Diego, California. As you can imagine, physical therapy clinics have been severely affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Many practices have had to close indefinitely - and the ones that can stay open have seen a steep decline in patient visits. This puts PTs in a tough situation, but many are using this time as an opportunity to embrace telehealth, or more specifically, telerehab. Bryanna joined Lily to talk about how she’s adapted her work during this crisis and she shares how patients can benefit from virtual PT. Find out more about the telerehab services Bryanna and her clinic are offering by following @sandiegodpt on Instagram!Episode produced by Wendel Topper: https://createk.us/
