Episode Synopsis

Steve Rosenbloom and Mark Grote opened their Saturday Suckage show by discussing the Cubs' decision Friday to decline left-hander Jon Lester's $25-million option for 2021. Earlier in the day, Lester had shared a thank you for the city and Cubs fans. Later, the gang debuted a new segment called What Grote Heard, in which Grote broke down the best of what he heard from the Bears beat in the past week.
