Steve Blake is a Music Producer, DJ and Events Promoter currently based in Tokyo, Japan. His interest in dance music began in the 1990's producing white-label techno and house music in the U.K. Working on solo projects and collaborations he released early tracks under the names Statik, Powerhouse and Groove Nation. Involvement in events promotion began in Manchester, including club nights at Sankey's Soap and Holy City Zoo. Later, working with Liverpool based Cream and Leeds based Up Yer Ronson.
