His previous leadership roles include Director of Diversity & Inclusion for the U.S., Latin America, and Global Publishing at Ubisoft, Diversity & Inclusion Program Manager at Anthem, Inc. (now Elevance Health), and Employee Resource Group Program Manager and Wellness Program Lead at Sutter Health.Earlier in his career, Michael helped design and launch diversity, inclusion, and wellness programs for organizations such as YMCA, Massachusetts General Hospital, Massport, Dedham Health & Athletic Complex, and The Coca-Cola Company. Before his corporate career, he brought creativity and performance to life as a dancer and entertainer at Walt Disney World.Michael holds a Master of Science from the University of Illinois and a Bachelor’s degree from Purdue University. Outside of work, he is a devoted husband and father, an avid volleyball player and dancer, and a passionate foster parent and volunteer in the San Francisco Bay Area.
