This is a test podcast where we test microphones, DAWs, plugins, and other tools, recording environments, and related items. In this episode we compare the SE DynaCaster DCM8 with the Shure SM58, with both microphones having basic EQ, compression, de-essing, and noise and reverb reduction using the Hush application. Hush is a Mac only stand-a-lone application (not a plug-in) designed to reduce reverb and noise.
