Listen "Reflections on Intentional Rest, Leverage, and Productivity."
Episode Synopsis
In this episode, I am happy to share some realizations I had when I was unable to keep up with the demands of my household during a temporary illness.
High-Level:
- I do more than I give myself credit for
- Not all things I "fail" to do are becuase of incompetence
- Certain activities are not the highest and best use of my time
- It's okay not to do it all
Take some time this week to assess areas where you could leverage all or part of a task, determine the areas that are most worth the investment of your time, identify things you could remove from your plate, do something for you! Bonus points if it's fun.
