This is the STEM's Positive Disruptor, another MIA conversation with special guest, ADRIANA THOMÉ - Senior Technologist at Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation, Brazil.
Adriana is highly accomplished and successful in her field; she started off as a professor in the private sector and moved into the public sector currently working as a senior technologist in international relations in the ministry. She is such an inspiring role model and during our conversation we spoke about her current role, the challenges such as work-life balance, the importance of having an open communication with your support network and to never give up on your dreams and also provides recommendation on ways to create that inclusive environment. Adriana will be volunteering as a mentor with UNOOSA.
