A gloomy and chaotic Sunday night calls for some mindfulness... don't you think? If this is your first club meeting or your fourth, welcome and thank you so much for joining me. As I have previously expressed, the 2020 pandemic is a very uncertain time for people worldwide. How can we as human beings come to terms with our emotions and not let them control us. How can one find the peace in this chaotic world?
