I could take two weeks off as a holiday, or I could change somebody’s life, I could do some good with the time. So, while I’m in Malaysia on a business trip, I’m going to extend my stay to see some people and I’m going to go to Bali to do a leadership retreat which I’ve been preparing for a couple of weeks. 
Last week I got a feeling that I wasn’t going in the right direction with it. And, rather than doing a big event like someone like Tony Robbins would do, we’re going to do a home-made version. It might come across a bit unprofessional if you’re a bit stiff or corporate, but it’s going to be genuine, authentic and will allow me to connect with the people that need it most, the people viewing it.
A lot of people are saying “it’s never going to work,  you’ve never done one, nobody knows you, you’re not a known name”, guess what; those people started somewhere and they were convinced that they offered value and that someone was going to buy what they were offering. I have the same feeling. 
If you allow negative people to imprint their negativity, their thoughts, their ideas, their strategies, their processes, or their stress onto you then that is how you will think. I am karate chopping left and right anyone that’s coming in with negativity, telling me I can’t.
