Eldon Sprickerhoff is an active entrepreneur, investor, mentor, author, advisory and board member at the intersections of information security, computer science, machine learning, SaaS, and finance.  He is best known for founding eSentire, a leading global cybersecurity Managed Detection and Response company based in Waterloo that in 2021 achieved a “unicorn” valuation of 1.1b USD. He has written a book of advice and survival tactics for first-time technical founders as they make their way through their startup-to-scaleup journeys called: “COMMITTED: Startup Survival Tips and Uncommon Sense for First-Time Tech Founders”.  Eldon's book is out now!
