For many people, feeling confident on video feels like a huge unattainable goal. But after interviewing thousands of people as a TV news reporter, I can tell you how confidence is created on camera. I have seen it happen. Stick around, and I’ll tell you what I have learned.



If you have been in the STANDOUT Facebook group this week, you know we are running a 5-Day Video Challenge. Over the course of the week, I have gone live on Facebook to share a lesson of the day.
