Episode Synopsis
This episode's guest Mr. Brian Lile is starting his 20th year in education and 10th year as
principal. During his 20 years in education, he has served as an 8th grade
Math/Algebra teacher, Boys Basketball Coach, Assistant Principal and
Principal. Mr. Lile is the principal at Muhlenberg South Middle School in
Greenville, Kentucky. In 2017, Muhlenberg South Middle was recognized as one
of ten Kentucky school winners in the TELL Kentucky Winners’ Circle Schools
which is based on Staff Working Conditions. District Administration Magazine
featured Muhlenberg South Middle School in an article about improving teacher
attendance. Mr. Lile is an active member in the Kentucky Association of School Administrators currently serving as the chairman of the KASA School Safety Committee. Mr. Lile has also written monthly blogs for KASA such as “Leading with Positive Energy,” “Improving School Culture” and “Be Legendary: Lessons learned from Michael Jordan.” Mr. Lile is married to his beautiful wife Candace and they have three wonderful kids Camden, Mason and Brilee-Ann. He enjoys time with his family and playing the guitar when he is away from the office
