Alicia Albright stops by the stage door tonight! Broadway credits include Wicked ,where she served as Dance captain, as well as performing in the national tours as well.  Most recently, Alicia was seen in Frozen on Broadway! Alicia is also the founder of the Feed Your Soul Project, where her mission is to help others speak their heart, discover the light within each of us, and then learn how to share it with the world. This week, I’ll explain my process in detail in terms of what I do before I channel (Ground, Protect, Connect).
