“Our Lady of Sorrows is truly blessed and she is there for us.”Since 1913 the feast of Our Lady of Sorrows has been celebrated in the Church on September 15th, the day after the Feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross. On the podcast today we bring you a homily by Fr. John Waiss who reflects on on the beatitude, “Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted,” and how Mary is “blessed among women” because she mourns with love. Fr.
