Listen "Pentecost: The Undoing of Babel"
Episode Synopsis
Pentecost is important because it is the beginning of the reversal of Babel. On this day, the confusion of tongues was undone. The “dividing wall of hostility” between people of every nation was torn down. The outpouring of the Holy Spirit opened our closed lips. What Abraham had been called to do, the Spirit of Jesus accomplished. The “ministry of reconciliation” had begun. And as we’ll see as we work our way through the book of Acts, this event was the catalyst for the way of eternal life to be opened to all people. Check out Rev. Ben DeHart’s sermon the member of the Trinity that has been poured out into our hearts…
