God of the covenant
you promised mercy and hope for all:
gather us to yourself in tenderness, so that,
assured of your faithfulness, we may live
to your praise and glory; through
our Lord Jesus Christ, who is alive
and reigns with you in the unity
of the Holy Spirit, one God,
now and for ever.
Amen.
