Even with your 8,200,000,000 -one support group, sometimes we're alone in our feelings and we need to bring ourselves back up. One of the ways to do that is to look around the room around you and find 5 things that bring you joy. Is it your morning cup of coffee? Is it the fact that you have a roof over your head? Is it the fact that you have warm blankets on on a cold fall morning? Or is it just the fact that you're alive today? That should be enough to bring your joy that you are alive and may not have major health issues. And, you know, thinking on that piece, even if you have major health issues, what are the pieces that are good? Do you have support around you for that? Do you have good healthcare providers? Are you taking actions every day to be a better or more you you than the day before? Sometimes it's the little bitty things that you have to start with. And sit with those. Sit with your cup of coffee and enjoy the flavor.Enjoy the taste. Enjoy the fact that you had coffee to put in the machine. You have to start with the little things and you have to sit with them and savor them. I think savoring joy is probably today's theme. So what are you doing today to savor a piece of joy?
