This episode of the podcast is with Ashley Cole. Ashley is Social Worker that focuses on helping individuals going through serious trauma. From an early age Ashley has been passionate about helping others in the mental health field. She is also the sister of STP ambassador/previous guest on the podcast, Adam Cole. To say that both of these people have been influential in Spread The Positive happening and still being around today is an understatement. Ashley is an incredible example of everything we are looking to showcase on the podcast. She has great tips on how to maintain a healthy, positive mental attitude and the meaning of "Spread The Positive" that has formed for her through her time working in this field is really something special to hear about. It was a real pleasure having Ashley on the podcast and hope to have an episode or two (maybe even a segment) with the Cole siblings both being involved with a group session of the podcast.
