It's the best time of the year to be a sports fan football season rolls on and basketball season is here.
It's probably not too great if you're a coach of a struggling football team. In college, James Franklin gets fired from Penn State. Mike Norvell won't get fired by Florida State, but he should. In the NFL, Brian Callahan is out as the Titans coach, and Mike McDaniel is on his last legs with the Dolphins.
Meanwhile, before the NBA season gets started, I'm wondering how in the world can a coach win with the Charlotte Hornets when LaMelo is your best player or the Brooklyn Nets when you have no players. Also, can anyone really challenge OKC this year?
