We chat with founder and owner of 'ICook Foods' Ian Cook to explain one of the biggest scandals of recent times. Ian's company was forced to close down back in Feb 2019 after they were linked to a Listeria case resulting in the death of an 86 year old woman. The case becomes intriguing when the central piece of evidence revolves around the discovery of a slug in their factory. Ian explains the story in detail and the ramifications could be immense once the matter is resolved in the courts.
