Listen "Sandy: Simplicity in Saying Yes"
Episode Synopsis
In this episode, Lucy welcomes Sandy Poplin, a physical therapist and volunteer career leader of Capernaum, to the podcast. Sandy has a BS in exercise physiology and doctorate of physical therapy from East Carolina University. Join as they talk about Capernaum, a ministry for young people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This ministry functions on the truth that physical or intellectual limitations should not keep anyone from the presence of the One who promises fullness of life. Listen along as Lucy and Sandy discuss the value in saying yes to people who appear different, to uncomfortable situations and conversations, and to the mission of Christ.
