I recently had a Reiki session that really opened my heart up. I didn't mean to have hushed it as much as I did. I'm just a girl with a business trying to get it all done- so many demands for my time attention, between my husband, kids, father, siblings, pets, clients and students, and social media/website updates- let alone MYSELF. I KNEW I wasn't making enough time for me, I had fallen out of many of my regular good habits and let life sweep me up with all its demands. This powerful session with my friend finally gave my heart the chance to be heard. Connecting with other women who can support you deeply, listen without judgement and hold that sacred space is so so important. We need to create that space for our hearts to be heard.
