Pema is a Buddhist nun, author, lecturer, teacher, and longtime disciple of Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche who was the founder of Shambala Buddhism in America.We will read from the chapter titled Compassionate Abiding and how to deal with the daily onslaught and outrage of negative news, challenging people, and difficult situations.
