Today I’ll be reading selections from Eckhart Tolle’s famous and highly recommended 1999 book The Power of Now, a Guide to Spiritual Enlightenment.

Try to spend some time this week with a simple awareness your inner self. Just being and sensing your true energy and aliveness. Cayce often said that 1/2 to a minute of sitting in what he called The Silence can make a huge difference in one’s state of mind. Taking a few moments to leave the realm of thought and move into the realm of being can be absolutely life-changing.

We will also include preparatory meditation attunement techniques suggested in the Edgar Cayce readings which will then be followed by a few minutes of meditative silence.
