Today I am sharing a powerful guided visualization originally created for my students in - A Journey with Spirit, 12 week class series, but it felt too meaningful not to bring here too. This practice is designed to help you find your center, nourish your nervous system, and reconnect with two great sources of support we always have access to: Gaia beneath us and Source light above us.
