To put it another way, what you do rather than what you say is used as a guide for others.  We all know that old saying: “actions speak louder than words.” And when it comes to leadership, this couldn’t be more true. We define a leader as someone who sets the tone for those around them, and their actions will always speak louder than their words.In this episode, we break down defining what it means to lead by example, the benefit in regards to being a good leader, and how to avoid any common mistakes when we lead by example.
