We are living in a world where more of the generations are working together than ever before. That means the older generations are learning how to communicate with the younger generations and vice versa. On top of that, new data points to the fact that 1 out of 4 children are living in a fatherless home. We also have many Fathers who are now raising children who didn’t have a Father role model. That means that there are so many opportunities for the older generations to mentor, lead and guide these younger generations.
