Send us a textMany states and cities, including my own, are dissolving the strict masking mandates, and as a result, loads of people are relieved to finally be allowed to take their masks off. But there's a serious problem in this. The problem is in the unbelievable hypocrisy of taking your masks off when the thing going around right now is just as dangerous as it always was - not much. Exactly the same arguments apply right now to wearing masks as they did a week ago, 6 months ago, and a year ago.This is even worse in churches, because it reveals who they really serve. A church who ceases their masking requirements merely because someone tweeted something earlier today, this shows that they are not primarily beholden to the Word of God, to their elders, or to the voice of the congregation, but to an old man sitting in a big chair in the white house who's lucky when he can barely form a coherent thought. These churches don't primarily follow God.
