He is the owner of many businesses, including Turtle Bay on Decatur, Tavern on Vets, Spirits on Bourbon, and Bohannan-Hybner Publishing which has songs cut by Easton Corbin, Craig Morgan, Chris Cagle, Tracy Lawrence, Colt Ford, Kevin Fowler, Josh Abott and Pat Green. Brad is the voice of Spirits but prefers to think of himself as the "personality" of Spirits.
