Since age 15, she envisioned creating a platform that empowers visionary women with the tools and resources to help them create the business of their dreams. After earning a BA in Psychology and studying Visual Communications at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM), Amanda worked with brands like NYLON Magazine and Michael Kors. In 2016, she launched ōSHen, a content studio for visionary brands, helping them with content creation, e-courses, workshops, podcasts, and more. After 7 years, she transitioned the business into Substance, where she is now focused on sharing her vision with the world and empowering women to create meaningful, impactful content on a larger scale.
