Listen "33 | Stephen Gault - Countryland Properties"
Episode Synopsis
In this episode we feature Mr. Stephen Gault, Broker/Owner of Countryland Properties. Stephen’s real estate journey started right out of High School filing papers and answering phones for local Mauriceville real estate Broker, James Linscomb . You'll hear about Stephen’s first foray into real estate development in the early 2000’s, contacting lot owners of what was then a defunct real estate development in San Jacinto County, piecing the development back together so it could be sold. This gave him a taste for land development, which carries forward to his business today. But, as you'll hear, there was a time when he almost called it quits and gave up on his dream were it not for the observations of a kind hiring manager who knew what his path should be. So stay tuned to hear all about this, as well as how he has built a culture of camaraderie with his team of Agents at Countryland Properties.Click Here for Countryland PropertiesTo contact Capital Title with real estate questions and show ideas, please call or email us:[email protected] here for information and locations for Capital Title.
