On this VIDEO episode of Southeast Iowa Today John Bain heads to Oakland Mills in Henry County Iowa where he discusses with committee members of Preserve Oakland Mills, the importance of saving the pedestrian bridge there. Preserve Oakland Mills is recognized by the State of Iowa as a non-profit incorporated organization. They are recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501 (c) (3). Their goal is to get the bridge opened again to foot traffic and they look forward to working with the Conservation Department of Henry County Iowa to improve the Area.
