On this VIDEO episode of Southeast Iowa Today John Bain shares  the public comments portion of the September 29, 2025, Jefferson County Board of Supervisors Meeting featuring Lee Dimmitt making his comment regarding the County Attorney Chauncey Moulding and County Sheriff Bart Richmond, and stating enough is enough and that he will be recommending to the Board to review and consider a reduction in the budget of the Jefferson County Attorney to restore funds already expended in the General Budget. Mr. Dimmitt also commented that the Judge in the District Court regarding placing Sheriff Richmond on the Brady-Giglio List did state County Attorney Moulding did violate statute which Dimmitt states is a nice legal term for violating the law.
