Lauryn Axelrod, an ordained Interfaith/Interspiritual minister, chaplain, spiritual director and teacher. A graduate of One Spirit Seminary, Lauryn founded Three Mountains Interspiritual Community and authored 'Ten Words: An Interspiritual Guide to Becoming Better People in a Better World.' She writes the 'Radical Spirituality Getting to the Root, of What Matters,’ newsletter and leads workshops both online and in-person.Known for her down-to-earth, no-nonsense approach, Lauryn helps others discover spiritual wisdom and live centered lives in our changing world. She's also an award-winning ceramic artist, hospice chaplain, End-of-Life Doula, supporting those in the process of death and dying; and New Monastic, bringing the fruits of monastic tradition to modern life. When not teaching or writing, Lauryn can be found on her Vermont farm, growing organic vegetables, tending maple forests, and enjoys hiking, kayaking and nights by the fire under the stars.
