Listen "What Do You Need to Release Yourself From?"
Episode Synopsis
Monday began this week with a date of 1-11 (angel numbers!) and a new moon this week, which makes this a perfect time to do some manifesting, intention-setting, and even RELEASING. I want to give you another affirmation to try out: "I release myself from..." and insert whatever YOU need to release: other people's opinions, self-doubt, negative self-talk, fear, stress, worry, etc. Of course, just saying this doesn't magically make it all go away, but it does lift a weight from your shoulders! And the more you say it to yourself, the more you remind yourself to actually take that action... and then it BECOMES true!! Want more? Need some 1:1 attention?
