On this episode, I pop open a Guinness for St. Patrick's Day and look at 2 Samuel 12 where David is confronted about his adultery and why that confrontation was good for the soul. We talk about the progression of David’s relationship with God from a young shepherd boy to a king who makes a grievous mistake that distances him from God. Sin has consequences. However, God can and does restore the joy of our salvation.
