Michelle was raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba (Canada)  and was physically active her entire life, competing in gymnastics, playing soccer, performing in dance, and then competing in Miss Fitness right out of high school.  Due to some digestion issues, she became fascinated with the nutrition world and studied at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. The course taught her a holistic approach, where she learned about the Chakras and how nutrition is not just about food, but about the connection with a person’s spiritual health.
Her mother, a Reiki Master, gave her Reiki I in 1996 and since then, she has done a lot of work on her spirituality, clearing and balancing Chakras (energies of the body), and learning different breathing techniques that train your body and mind to be calm (which leads to meditation). She has obtained her Reiki I, II and III and is working as a Reiki Master providing energy healing for those ready to make a shift.
