Episode 1 is our introductory episode. JC and Dillon introduce themselves and give some background on who they are and why they decided to start a podcast. We reference JRE a lot in the initial few episodes since this was our inspiration for starting a podcast in the first place. Our goal with Sophisticated Savage is to better ourselves in mind, body, and spirit. Episode 1 does not have a guest, but we aim to have a guest most of the time so that you all will learn from them along with us. We hope you enjoy and thank you for listening.
