Remove from heat, stir in 1 tablespoon cider vinegar. Cool and strain. Now for the app:Just smear a disk of garlic & herb Boursin cheese on a small platter. Sprinkle about 1/2 cup chopped pistachios on top, then drizzle with “hot” honey.
