For this episode I have a special guest. Technically he’s my cousin but we grew up like siblings. Dario is the person I go to for EVERYTHING. I can always rely on him to hear me out and truly feel like he understands where I am coming from. For this reason I felt it necessary to open up space to speak to him about healing, and what healing looks like when family may not always understand or acknowledge our thoughts or feelings. In this episode we talk about how we’ve navigated life through family trauma and tried our best to break socio-cultural norms that may not be the healthiest for us. We discuss our own experiences in the hopes that others will also open up to having these hard conversations with their own families. Join us!
