The guest we have today, @Howard Friedman, He is a Chief Data Scientist, Health Economist, Professor of Data Science @Columbia University and Writer.  
While exploring his multiple roles and responsibilities he mentioned that "I was not a good writer, but eventually I have learnt as well as still learning with multiple iterations and seeking feedback from smart readers." Now he has 100 publications and 7 Readbooks.  
Also, we discussed couple of topics around, statistics, data, real use case and approach to handle it as well as healthcare and real time challenges in predictive modeling.  
In last tips/advise segment he mentioned that, "Its important to listen and be humble when you are learning any field."
