Ryan Russell's journey began as the son of a Missouri preacher. As a student at Johnson, his focus was on preaching. However, upon graduation, Ryan found himself drawn to leading Christian youth in international settings. This passion led him to Myanmar where his ministry morphed into business endeavors in Myanmar's emerging democratic economy. COVID and political turmoil have greatly impacted Ryan's work and he spent some time talking with us about the political situation and his life in ministry.
