A member of the Tennessee campus community for almost 25 years, David is now retired from his role on the faculty at Johnson University.  He and his wife, Cathy, now serve in a leadership capacity with Legacy Coalition as they focus on equipping and motivating grandparents to be an influential voice for Christ in the lives of their grandchildren.  
Before coming to Johnson, David spent more than twenty years in congregational ministry as a youth minister and pulpit minister.  Through his time in the pulpit, David learned that there are times when we need to recognize our limitations and make way for those who can do a job better.
