Dave Hileman's journey was not always focused on ministry.  In fact, there wasn't much about the church that excited him.  However, encounters with Johnson alumni at critical moments of his journey led Dave to attend Johnson and embark on a ministry-related career that included stops at four churches and an extensive ministry with Waypoint Church Partners (formerly Virginia Evangelizing Fellowship).
